If summary is too long, then we truncate it to contain only 80 characters.
Subject line must contain notificationID (NID) so AlertCentral will be able to process your response ("ack", "ref", etc.)
I have no idea why it behaves like this in you case.
Please, try to restart application and reproduce this issue (just to be sure if it's not some post install mess).
Also I would like to know what text contains original summary between "D2DBS-DR-01" and "05-Dec-2013 16:08:31". Is there only space or something else?
Is this issue with every alert or there is only some specific cases?
Is this ORION alert or msg from some mail source?
This is for alerts from a mail source. I've recoded the summary extraction expression, and it should be a lot shorter now. Just waiting for an alert to see if that's resolved the problem.
Alerts are coming through fine for now, with the shorter summary. It's possible that the summary had some HTML embedded in it which may have made things worse.
