most tts have at least email parsing modules which would work with Orion email alerts.
We set up integration in very little time- you might benefit from having RiverMuse inbetween.
Tbough I don't think anyone but WHD is API integrated off the shelf
I'm revisiting this topic again. We have tested WHD and it's "ok" but nothing stellar. It really lacks in the ability to link company names to this folks that work for that company and treat it all as one entity - just an example).
The built-in change process leaves a lot to be desired - again it's "ok".
For the $50k or so we would spend on WHD we could get a much nicer system for a "bit" more money. But I'm hung up on finding a "slick" and "totally integrated" ticketing application to work with NPM/NCM/SAM

I don't know exactly which features are you missing in WHD, however you can also try Alert central at Alert Central - Free Alert Management Software by SolarWinds . The alert/ticket updates should work here in 2 ways (Acknowledge/Notes adding) similar way as for WHD. For a bit more programatical approach you can try Orion SDK - more info here: Orion SDK Information - it gives you the API for working with Orion via the SolarWinds Information Service.
