I've been using Web Helpdesk for about 18months. I've upgrade it from 10.1.1 to 11.2.1 without any issues. Now I'd like to add a customised new field into a new ticket e.g. Applications...but I'm unable to find were to go to complete this.
Could someone please help...I have a feeling this is quiet easy and i'm going to kick myself

you can add custom fields in Setup -> Tickets -> Ticket Custom Fields.
