Creating interfaces through the API

possible document update: page 34 of the orionSDK on required Properties By Protocol for Orion.NPM.Interfaces.

InterfaceTypeDescription should also be set (and maybe also InterfaceType); if the interface is not discoverable after being created then interfaceTypeDescription is set to NULL and the

Views By Device Type page (orion/.../ViewsByDeviceType.aspx) will error out
