My Tickets

A technician is having the following issue:-

Click into My TIckets and then Show Filter. Choose a Request Type and it shows the tickets for the request type. Now resolve and close the tickets for that request type so that there are none showing.

My problem is I then cannot get My Tickets to show unless I log out and back in.

It does work if you don't close the tickets but once I close them I can't get the list to appear again.

Is there some way to clear the view so that all my tickets appear?
