Yesterday we changed our AD structure and that seemed to break the LDAP connection. I was hoping I just needed to wait for it to scan and update, but as of this morning I still cannot log in. I also attempted to log in with the admin account to see if I can force a sync. However, it seems the local admin has been deactivated. I had done some reading on the admin being disabled. It seems you can change the DB settings and change to password. The problem is the examples I see are using a SQL database, but looking at our server I think it is running a Java DB or possibly located on a different server I don't know about. Please let me know any suggestions, we are on version 10.1.10.3
The database was located on a different server, I found this after reviewing the logs. Once I found the DB I was able to use the KB to reset the local admin.
