    Adding Notes via the grid


      Hello all,


      during a testing perio I noticed that when I moused over the latest notes field in the main tickets display I received a '+' symbol and by clicking on this was able to add notes without opening the ticket first. I have since brought up a production system and no longer have this option, Can someone advise how to set up this option again as I cant find what I did to get it in the first instance
