Can't graph UDP values

So we have an UDP set up for SmartUPS called upsAdvOutputLoad (OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.4.2.3 ) which has been assigned to several UPS's for quite some time and which has been working, however I am unable to get a UDP Poller Chart to graph the data. The UDP is set to Keep Historical Data, and the correct poller is selected in the web component, but all I get is Data Is Not Available. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,
you can try to right click on created UnDP and select Web Display. Then put checkbox into column "Chart" on the row "Node Details - Summary".
- This will put graph resource to Node Details page. Does this grapth works?
Also please check that UnDP polls data from device.

Thanks. The UDP was already selected for both Chart and Gauge. The gauge works, the chart does not. I have tested the UDP and it pulls a result from the device (and displays the current value both on the gauge and on a table).

thank you for basic check. In this case it would be best to create support ticket and send us data from Orion Diagnostics.
You may put ticket number here, I will check it.
