    Alert Central Queries

      Hi All,

       

      Need your help to solve below queries:

       

       

      ·        If I have 10 users and I created a group of all the 10 users andall are geographically allocated like (CST,MST,EST,PST), can I create user’scalendar with working hours according to their geographically allocation, ifYES, according to calendar the alert should go to appropriate user with respectto time zone.

       

      Example: if User-A & B are in CST (8:00 – 17:00)

                                C & D are in MST (9:00 – 18:00)

                                     E & F are in EST (10:00 – 19:00)

                                G & H are in Central Location which should have all the alerts, notdepending upon Time zone (10:00 – 22:00)

       

      And if the alert is generated for CST, the alert should go toCST users as well as Central Location users.

       

      ·        Once we create Calendar, if the user is on leave or notavailable , can he/she have option to define in the calendar that particulartime frame (Date & Time) the user is not available.

       

      While creating Calendar for particular User:

      ·        How to exclude Weekends/Holidays/Leaves.

      ·        I would like to create calendar for user –A for November Month(1 – 31) exclude weekends and with working hours 10:00 – 17:00 for which if Iwant to recur the calendar for December month also.
