    Setting working hours in Alert central




      We have recently downloaded and installed Alert Central to help filter all the alerts that we receive.  One thing I would like to do is put some of the backup alerts through to it but for them not to go through an escalation policy until we get into our working hours so that the key person for that backup has time to acknowledge the alert when they get in. is this possible?
