    Unable to validate SMS using Android and Verizon


      I've read several other blog posts regarding this problem but I can't find a solution. I'm running the newest version ( but the sms validation is still not working.


      Step1: Input number under account 1231231234@vtext.com

           Format: I've tried both plain text and short SMS


      Step2: I receive message asking me to respond with validate


      Step3: I respond and the text


      Step4: A new "undetermined" alert is created in AC

           From: 123123134@vtext.com

           To: myalertemail.com

           subject: Validate

           Body: Validate


      I prefer not to "spoof" a response as I want the SMS reply system to work as well.
