I have WEB Help Desk installed. I have it linked to a LDAP. Majority of the users in the AD can login and create tickets, but there is one user that when logged in does not have the ability to select a Request Type, therefore is unable to proceed in creating a ticket.
User is given the option of a Location drop-down to select as well as Priority, but is unable to select a Request type and therefore is unable to type in the subject or request detail.
Request type combo-box does appear, but the default request types options does not appear when the user attempts to click on the drop-down. It only does this to one user, everyone else can login successfully and create tickets successfully.
FIgured it out.. default primary location had not been set on the clients profile.
