    Approval Process


      What we are trying to accomplish:


      When Joe Client submits a request for a new laptop, we would like the request to go to Joe Admins manager, after the manager approves it we would like the ticket to go to their manager, then after that approval we need it sent back to helpdesk for processing.


      (I have also asked why so many steps)



      Is there a automated way to do this based on AD?
