    Testing Alert Central from an external email system


      We are testing using Alert Central as a central point for our various alerting system to consolidate the alerts to a single console. The issue i am running into is when another alarming system sends an alerting email to AC we are able to decipher the header and email originator. But the body of the email is not coming though with discernible information. The email is being sent as a HTML format. Is that an issue for AC to interpret HTML email? Or is the an Email issue?
