Uninstalling Orion NTA

Hi All,

What's the correct procedure for uninstalling an Orion module, in particular the NTA. I am in the process of trying to upgrade our NPM installation but cannot because to do so requires an updated version of Orion NTA. For a couple of reasons we chose not to renew our maintenance for NTA, therefore I cannot upgrade to the version that is required. Can I uninstall this via the Programs and Features section on the server? Or is there a specific NTA uninstall utility? I can't find one on the server. There doesn't appear to be anything in the included documentation about uninstalling the product. If I uninstall via the method I mentioned earlier will in remove associated tables from the database.

It would be good if you can raise a support ticket, the support team would be able to assist better.

AFAIK it's quite known issue caused by not very well done NTA uninstaller. Support should have the tool for complete NTA removal.
