Device Types in Orion NPM - additional devices types for new Cisco equipment

We typically update our sysobject database with every release. Does that device show up as generic "ASR"? If you could email me a SNMPWalk from that device we'll take a look. (rob.hock{at}solarwinds.com)

It shows up for the SNMP get as a ASR 1002-X but when we go to the page none of the normal information on interface stats is showing in the web console.

We are also having the same issue. the new 2960 Catalyst Switches. It also show "Cisco" as a model. Can we do anything to show model number correctly.

I am also hitting the same issue, even after the upgrade from 10.7 to 11.0 but also not the items that show up as just Cisco are also not letting us display the page to view their stats.  Instead we get this error with any browser:

So the issue for me, and maybe for the rest of you in the future was a few corrupted views.  Some of my older views were not migrated successfully and were showing the view as a number instead of a name causing it to error out.  Jan removed them from the DB and I have since recreated ones we cared about and everything is working with the views again.  The way to check if this is your issue is to open the DB and inspect the views table, if there is a number in the third column then you will need to recreate it after deleting the corrupted one.

There are three devices that I have also submitted to the unknown device list for the Devs.  I will let you know if I hear anything back on the ISE, ASR 1002X, and the m91000.
