Flexible NetFlow is supported only on the Catalyst 3750-X and 3560-X switch running the IP base or IP services feature set and equipped with the network services module C3KX-SM-10G. It is not supported on switches running the NPE or the LAN base image.

Pls note it states
The minimal Cisco IOS Software release for the service module is 15.0(1)SE. Older Cisco IOS Software revisions will not recognize the service module.

Regarding the price, it depends on where you buy it from, but it should be between 2 and 3 K$. You'd better ask your Cisco reseller.
You also have the option of using a SPAN port off the switch. Use nprobe to convert this to flow traffic or use DPI tools to analyze this traffic and then display in Orion
I fond a video showing that it can work using 12.2(58) SE IP Base or IP Services with MLS QOS turned on.
Could you please tell me if CBQos mode can cover all devices that cannot support Netflow and configuration example with impact.
