Package Apple Mobile Device Support 7.0.0.117 (x64) (Upgrade) Broken

Package Apple Mobile Device Support 7.0.0.117 (x64) (Upgrade) released today (9/19) by SolarWinds doesn't work. I downloaded iTunes x64 and extracted Apple Mobile Device Support x64 as per instructions and imported. I published the package, but when installing the package on a x64 system you get the message "Not Needed" and the update is not installed. Please help.

Hi,
Re-synchronize the catalog and re-publish the packages, the issue is not seen in the latest packages.
