    java.lang.NullPointerException error when sweeping email




      We are running Web Help Desk 10.1.9 Lite and began experiencing an issue with emails not getting swept into the system this morning. The message we see is:


      The helpdesk was unable to read an email with the subject: "test 2" in email account helpdesk@financialexecutives.org due to the following error:




      Please remove this message from the inbox and, if possible, send it as an attachment to exchangesupport@webhelpdesk.info.


      I have deleted all the emails from the mailbox and sent in generic emails with no attachments and we continue to receive this error.


      Any advice would be appreciated.
