We are running Web Help Desk 10.1.9 Lite and began experiencing an issue with emails not getting swept into the system this morning. The message we see is:
The helpdesk was unable to read an email with the subject: "test 2" in email account firstname.lastname@example.org due to the following error:
Please remove this message from the inbox and, if possible, send it as an attachment to email@example.com.
I have deleted all the emails from the mailbox and sent in generic emails with no attachments and we continue to receive this error.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I would recommend to contact support, since this might need deeper investigation.
