    Alert Central Application Status is down


      the application service is down and i have tried restarting the service as well as rebooting the appliance.  it does not come back up.  Is there a way for me to try to start it in the CLI to see what the failure is and maybe get some more insight?


      I already looked at the following thread and the "bundle logs" feature also fails.  http://thwack.solarwinds.com/message/200814#200814

      when i click on bundle logs is says "running, click refresh to see status" when i click refresh i see a new tar.gz at the bottom of the page with a new timestamp.  However when i click on the file or right click and save as i get "404 not found" or "Failed - No file"


      i am open to any other ideas on what to try.
