    Do not receive e-mail notifications

      I am not receiving a notification email for alerts that come into Alert Central (AC).

       

      I have AC configured with an Orion NPM source.

      I have users imported from AD.

      I have exchange email accounts for all the users and for Alert Central as well.

      The AC e-mail account passes validation during the setup phase.

      I can send and receive emails if i log into the AC exchange account.

      When the AC account receives an email it reads it and deletes it.

      I have my own email account set up to receive a notification for every alert that comes in. 

      I have myself added to the On Call Calendar.

       

      What am I doing wrong? What am I missing?
