Need an Alert for default route or EIGRP Neighbor change

    awhite

I am a relative novice to Solarwinds, so please bear with me.  We recently became aware of an issue, where one of our sites lost connectivity but neither the node, nor any interfaces went down.  Without getting into all of the particulars, it should suffice to say the only way to tell when this particular site goes down is to notice the default route changing to a different Interface, or losing a particular EIGRP neighbor relationship.  I have found the CISCO-EIGRP-MIB::cEigrpPeerAddr, but do not understand how to implement it so that I can alert off of it, or how to narrow it down to a specific IP I expect it to have a neighbor relationship with.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
