    How-to: send a notification to the client when a ticket is "pending"

      Hi all,

       

      Does anyone know if and then how it's possible to send a notification to the client of a ticket after x days after the ticket status has been set to "Pending"?

      I.E. if the Tech requested more information and after x days the client hasn't responded to the information request, can WHD send a notification to the client?
