Hi -- I work for a small school and we had hired a consultant to help us install webhelpdesk in the past. The consultant installed webhelpdesk in a CentOS server and we can't contact he consultant anymore since he moved out of country.
Today I tried upgrading to 12.0.1 and was able to do so on CentOS. Upon logging in to webhelpdesk, it asked me to run update database. But when I clicked "Continue", it gave me this error with stack trace info. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
