    Generate Tickets via email from an Action Rule


      I'm trying to setup a process that will use an Action Rule to generate an email(s) to a specific account that WHD is monitoring to generate new tickets.  I've connected the email account and it processes the emails fine.  However, the system rejects the message and does not generate new tickets.  I've checked the box "Allow Auto-Submitted E-mail" but the message is still rejected.  In the history, it states the status code "Invalid_email_request" and the additional info is "Email was auto generated. Ignoring".  Is there any way to get the system to accept the email?
