Please
kindly guide me through on how the availability reports for will be based on a
period of time say from 7am to 5pm. I want the availability to be based on this
period instead of the 24 hours the system is doing. We only want equipment in
the datacenter to be monitored for 24 hours and not the ones in the remote
sites.

Quick way would be to report on the relative time period of the past 10 hours, and schedule to execute at 5pm. This would get you a daily availability based on business hours.

How can I achieve this please. I want availability based on business hours alone and some critical devices in the data center to be based on 24 hours monitoring.

Kindly help with a step by step procedure on achieving this.
