    Alert Central using Office 365




      I am experiencing issues setting up Alert Central to use Office365, I have setup an account and it is working as expected.


      When setting up the email account in AC with the settings below we get the error further down, any advice/assistance would be greatly appreciated: -


      Incoming Server:

      • IMAP mail server



      • outlook.office365.com


      Outgoing Server:

      SMTP Server:

      • smtp.office365.com


      Advance Options:

      • Incoming Mail Port: 993 Using Secure Connection
      • Outgoing SMTP Port: 587 Using secure Connection


      The below error is returned: -


      Failed to connect: outlook.office365.com
