Can you attach the AC logs to this posting? I will take a look and see if it shines a better light as to what is happening.
1. log into admin webpage: http:[AC hostname]:5480 with admin:admin (unless you already changes the admin pages admin pwd)
2. click the Solarwinds Mgmt tab
3. click the "Bundle Logs" button in the middle of the page
4. Wait for the Log bundle to display below (you may need to refresh to page to see it) - it can take 2 minutes or so to collect the logs.
5. download the tar.gz file and attach to this thread or add me as a friend and send me a private chat with the log file attached.
