"create group" missing

Yes, I have admin rights. btw, I didn't find any kind of "manage groups"-restriction from account settings. So I don't even know where it should be enabled...

Would be nice if adminitration manuals had more pictures and screenshots in pages, not just pale text. Now manuals are quite "insipid", and sometimes it's hard to find what you're lookinf for. Like in this case; I can't even know what Orion screen should look like, if there had this "create group" button.

Which browser are you using? Do you have any kind of advertisement blocking plug-in enabled? Button wasn't removed but it has HTML class property named "addContainer" and some extensive blocking filters faulty detects it as advertisement.
