I have a earlier version of Web Helpdesk 10.x . The purchased permanent license for 7 technician accounts has suddenly "expired"!!
Please help!!!
Harold, it appears that the maintenance for your Web Help Desk v10 did expire on March 31, 2012.
Did you receive an invoice or any communications regarding the maintenance renewal?
I see that you opened a ticket with support and they also noted your maintenace had expired on 3/31/2012.
and advised you that to renew your maintenance you'll need to contact Customer Service at 866.530.8100#

My understanding and was led to believe, that although a maintenance agreement was not renewed the license would remain active!
1.I would not be able to update to newer versions
2.I would not recieve any technical support
