I am new to the SolarWinds products, and have been tasked with figuring out how best to use, interpret, etc. I would like to know the best path to learning the product(s), and how to fix some problems we are having with monitoring, etc.

Thanks very much. We have 2 routers that max out on CPU utilization when SNMP polling is enabled…………………… we are trying to find out why.
