Does SAM belong with DameWare? Would you think of NCM and LEM as being closely related?—If you have an opinion about how SolarWinds products and tools should be grouped, we want to hear it!

The User Experience (UX) group at SolarWinds is interested in knowing how you would categorize our products and tools, and what you would call each of the categories. You can help us by spending 10-15 minutes completing this card sort activity!. Be sure to include your thwack id in the appropriate field after completing the card sort so we can get you your 2,000 thwack points. You can use the points to get some sweet, sweet swag in the thwack store!

I think adding points from something external to thwack is a manual process. You'll probably get them later on today once the SolarWinds guys arrive at work and wade through the list of people who've taken…

I can't use the same item with more than one group.
For example;NCM & UDT, NCM & FSM
Also it is not possible to create groups with all items included. Some items can't be grouped (IMHO). But it doesn't let me finish without creating groups with all items in it. It says "Please sort all items before submitting your response".
If you fix those then I can complete my sorting. Currently it is not possible to complete unless I am doing something wrong which I don't
For example,
NCM & UDT
NCM & FSM (It should be also possible)

If you complete the thing it does ask you a followup question where you can say which ones you think should have gone into more than 1 group so that may get around point 1.
I just created a 2nd group which I called "Others" which I think only had 1 item it which I didn't feel fitted in elsewhere.

That was certainly the case with the current Monthly Mission. You'll probably also get a message from one of the community admins once they've added your points, so don't worry just yet

I completed the survey though I should point out that I think the way SolarWinds has the products currently grouped on the main SolarWinds site also makes good sense.
