Just recently an issue has come up on my pc where when I click the settings link at the top right in NPM all it does is refresh the page and brings me back to the Network Summary homepage. If I open the NPM using Firefox the link works correctly. Has anyone had this issue with Internet Explorer? I have deleted all my cookies and temp files but it did not help. This was working correctly just 2 days ago. I looked and there has not been any recent updates ran on my pc.
