Is there a way to change the word “Problem” within the tickets for “Ticket Type”. There are currently three choices – Service request, Incident, and Problem. There is also a side menu attached to each (on the right side) called “Problems”. This is for linking tickets together, which is done by clicking the Problems side menu. We only want to rename it, not change the functionality.
