    Dot Notification Assignments for Status


      There is a column that designates new tickets with a blue dot to the left of the No. column in version 9.2. Once opened this dot disappears and the column is then empty unless a ticket is overdue or a comment is made.

      It would be very useful if we could assign a colored notification dot to the status and or priority area of our tickets.  This would for example allow me to sort by and review tickets without having to open them based on the dots color.

      (say a green dot for ready for delivery or a red dot for urgent)

      Can this be done?  Does the newest version do this?
