    Alerts not being forwarded to supposedly validated email accounts


      I see the logs peppered with entries like this:


      First notification preference is not validated for group user #11


      The problem is, when I look in the inbox to the account set up for alert central I see the validation replies from the users.


      is there a file that I can manually populate the necessary contact info into for these escalations?


      Has any one else come across this? if so how did you resolve it?
