Bandwidth Utilization for the WAN & Internet Link

Are you referring to Asymmetric or Symmetric wan links?

If so you should be OK doing Symmetric with the out of the box reporting and using the advanced alert manager to alert on this but if you have Asymmetric interfaces i.e. ADSL where the Downstream sync is usually higher than the Upstream then you should take a quick look at this as to why it currently doesn't work out of the box..
