I'm trying to open a telnet connection to a target server in order to read the output and test it against a test string in a powershell monitor. I was able to get this code to work on my local computer but when I load it into solarwinds I don't get a response from the target server. So why does this work on my local machine but not solarwinds powershell monitor? How can I get it to work on solarwinds in the powershell monitor?

I've attached the perl script I'm testing with , if anyone could help me figure out.
