    email update command in tech view mailto link errors


      If I use the subject line given to update a ticket by the plaintext email that is received by a tech, e.g.,

      Ticket:125408 Action:TechUpdate Hidden:NO Status:EmailClient:YES Reassign: MinutesWorked:

      I get back the error:

      Subject: ERROR: Unable to update Ticket 125408


      Your request to update the status of  Ticket 125408 could not be completed because "EmailClient:YES" is

      an unrecognized status type.

      Is this a feature that's not yet implemented, a bug, or what?

      Version is 11.2.1
