In our lab I was sending a bunch of alerts to AC that were not showing up in the AC dashboard and no emails were being sent out by AC regarding the alerts. I did verify that AC was still pulling the emails out of the mailbox that is setup for it. I rebooted AC and after the reboot all of the alerts showed up in the dashboard and I received all of the emails from AC at once.
Any known issues here?
We have seen this a few times with other customers of AC as well as twice in the Solarwinds environment. We are trying for a reproduction in house to determine the cause and get a fix.
