Is it possible to allow a client to submit a request to multiple departments?
Currently our clients aren't assigned any departments. We have two departments set up in WHD: Technology and Maintenance. Our request types have departments enabled for the department the request pertains to, however if the client logs in, they can't see any of the request types. If I assign the client to a specific department, they can see the request types for that department only. Is there some way to be able to have the clients see request types for all departments?
