NOOB! Installed Orion NPM...it's broke already.

Installed Friday 3/29. Host is Windows Vista 32. 3GB RAM. NPM installed fine (took a while), opened, ran, I started discovery process. It found all network devices and started pulling data via SNMP. Came back to it about 3 hours later, looked like I was getting good data. I left the web console open and headed home.

Came in this morning 4/1, looks like the workstation rebooted over the weekend. I tried to open the web console using the Orion shortcut and the web browser. It errors out as follows...tried from another workstation on the network, several different browsers (Chrome, IE, Mozilla,etc). Same error.

Ideas?

While I never personally tried on Vista, I have on Windows 7 and Windows XP sucessfully. Just because it's not supported doesn't mean it won't work....just don't call in a ticket

Running through the SolarWinds Configuration Wizard (launched from the Windows Start menu) may get your install back up and humming. See attached screen shot.

Per Mike(below) we don't support it for production systems, IE, if you call in with a problem, the first thing we'll tell you is move it to a supported platform. We don't want to block it as it's important to us to make the product as easy to eval as possible(and migrating isn't that bad, since most stuff is in the DB).
In this case, it looks like something happened with your IIS install. Since Vista will only let you run one website, it's a situation of "last in wins" if there are multiple apps running. Re-running the config wizard should get you back up and running. If not, try deleting the website from IIS, and the config wizard will rebuild it from scratch.
