    Advanced Alert Manager: Not Receiving Email


      A few months ago I setup an alert from the Advanced Alert Manager and successfully received an email. Ever since I upgraded my SAM to 5.5. For some reason that same alert I created stop sending me notification via email.


      In the Active Alerts window I do see the alert indicating it needs a response. That show me the alert I setup is functional, but not sending a notification. I tripled check our SMTP Server. I am stuck and unable to find any answers regarding Alert Manager sending a notification via email.


      By any chance anyone ran into this issue and a work around or a fix for this?
