I have been completely unsuccessful at getting AC to send any alerts (automatic or manually). I believe my issue might be with email validation but not sure. I receive the email to validate my address, I see it come through the Alert Central mailbox after I reply but I never get a confirmation email that I've been validated. At this point I'm not sure what else to do because (as I've been told) Solarwinds offers no support for it. We also just purchased Web Help Desk to replace our current solution and wanted them to work together. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
