    No email alerts found in Alert Central Dashboard


      I have setup an Alert Central server and would like to test its features on alerts routing.

      An mailbox is created for Alert Central server to receive email alerts and server shows that it can connect successfully to the mailbox through POP3 and SMTP without problem.

      User, group, alert source are also configured.

      But when we tried to send a test email alert to the mailbox for receiving alerts, I can see that the mailbox received the email but disappeared after a second.

      Initially, I thought that the email was processed by Alert Central server but I can see nothing in Alert Dashboard of neither Admin account or the user account created previously.

      Are there any logs that I could refer to for the processing of the email alerts sending to the mailbox ?
