How do I replace multiple, unknown changes made at the application level with the template at the template level?

In learning the product we've made changes at the application level where we should have made them at the template level (AppInsight for IIS).

You can use the following report to identify which components are not inheriting from their origiinal template.
APM Component Monitors that are not Inheriting from their Original Template
