    not getting SMS message

      I have the following configured:

       

      Alert Notification Policy:

      1. Notify me first at <user@domain> in Rich HTML message format.

      2. Wait 5 minutes and then notify me at <phonenumber@xxx.com> in Short SMS message format.

       

      I get email notifications (#1), but I never get the SMS notifications (#2). Any guesses why it's not working?

          I had similar issues, it seems that there can be conflicts between the user time between notification steps, and the timing of group escalation rules.  I reduced the time between notification steps on the user to two min, but I bet you could also increase the time on the group escalation rules to more than 5 min so that they don't interfere with each other.
