    Contact Information, session timeout

      When I import user information Active Directory all the Contact Information is blank (ie. phone numbers, location, time zone). Is that because that information is missing from the user's AD entry, or does it have to be manually entered for each user? If that's the case, it would be nice if there were default fields for 'Location' and 'Time Zone'.

      Also, I'd like to be able to change (increase) the session timeout setting. Globally at least, but per user would be nice too.

          The time zone is not accessible from the AD LDAP schema, however the other contact information fields are imported from your AD.

          These are the parts of the schema we map for those fields:

          LDAP_SCHEMA_PHONE_OFFICE = "telephoneNumber";
          LDAP_SCHEMA_PHONE_MOBILE = "mobile";
          LDAP_SCHEMA_PHONE_HOME = "homePhone";
          LDAP_SCHEMA_PAGER = "pager";
          LDAP_SCHEMA_MAIL = "mail";
          LDAP_SCHEMA_CITY = "l";
          LDAP_SCHEMA_STATE = "st";
          LDAP_SCHEMA_COUNTRY = "c";

          We try city, then state, then country for the location field.
