UCS monitor VSAN hanging off Fabric-Interconnect without Fibre switches between

All,

Does anyone know if I directly connect my SAN storage into Cisco's UCS Fabric Interconnect (6200) can the resulting VSAN be monitored in Solarwinds exactly as it would if it was hanging of MDS or Brocade?

Sorry I have not correlated the UnDP for VSAN to see if the Fabric Interconnects respond to them - they are essentially Cisco Nexus 5000's and now support zoning directly.
