NCM Integration - NCM Credentials Error

Has anybody encountered the following? After installing the NCM Integration module, I'm getting the following message:

The Orion server cannot access the Orion NCM information service. The exact error was 'An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host'

I've never seen this error. I'd recommend opening a ticket with support. Be sure to include the steps you take leading up to seeing that error message and a link to this post.

Was there ever a resolution to this problem? We just ran into the same thing today.
Also, it seems like our Orion Webserver is locking the account of the person trying to login.
